About Project:

Omega Trust SRL, having its working point in Puțul lui Zamfir street, no. 37, sector 1, floor 4, Bucharest Municipality implemented between 04.08.2017 - 03.08.2020 the project a new innovative self-testing platform specialized in the field of cyber security ”, with MySMIS code 115612. The project was funded by the Competitiveness Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 - Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for a competitive digital economy, Action 221 - Supporting the growth of added value generated by the ICT sector and innovation in the field through cluster development, based on the Financing Agreement no. 74 / 04.08.2017, concluded with the Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and European Funds (MDRAPFE) as Managing Authority for the Operational Program Competitiveness and the Ministry of Communications and Information Society as Intermediate Body for the Operational Program Competitiveness.

The general objective of the project 'Increasing the competitiveness of Romanian companies through the development by Omega Trust of an innovative self-testing platform specialized in the field of cyber security' was the development by Omega Trust S.R.L. of an innovative self-testing platform, specialized in the field of cyber security with applicability in the entire Romanian economy. This innovative self - testing platform is aimed at companies in all economic fields that need to test the security of their own information systems and assess their vulnerability in the event of a hacking attack.

Results:

The results obtained at the end of the project implementation are:

  • an innovative ICT application developed;
  • 3 prezentări ale aplicației TIC inovative la nivelul clusterului TIC - Smart Alliance și 2 prezentări la nivelul clienților existenți ai beneficiarului, realizate în cadrul activităților de diseminare din proiect;
  • 1 article published in an ICT journal on the promotion of the project outcome, the innovative nature of the ICT application and its benefits, as well as the sources of funding.

The results to be achieved during the project sustainability period are:

  • 40 beneficiaries of the innovative ICT application with paid account;
  • 110 beneficiaries of the innovative ICT application with free premium account;
  • 12 partnerships concluded at the level of the ICT cluster - Smart Alliance for the continuous development of the application;
  • achieving an investment performance on the development of innovative ICT application of 59.18%.
